Alissa McCracken

Alissa's love for dance began at the age of seven when she started studying various forms of dance including Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Ballet, Lyrical, and Modern. Quickly excelling, she became a competitive dancer and traveled throughout the United States competing with dance groups and taking master classes with some of the most prestigious instructors.
Over the past 22 years, she has moved on to become a successful instructor and choreographer to all ages. She has been an active member of Dance Masters of America and Ohio Chapter #16. Through DMA, she was professionally trained to work with all ages and skill levels, receiving certifications to teach in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Acrobatics. Alissa continuously enhances her dance education by attending master classes and conventions throughout the year.
In addition to being a studio owner and director she is a dedicated mother of three beautiful children.

Ms. Jenn has been teaching at Elevation dance studio since it opened in 2016. She began her passion for dance at the age of 3 working her way through pre-professional ballet and competition teams in Lyrical, Jazz, Tap, and Modern. Her favoritane form of dance to teach is lyrical but thoroughly enjoys Tap, Jazz and Ballet. While Ms. Jen isn't dancing, she works for the Cleveland Clinic as a Digital Marketing Manager and is a mom to two amazing kids, a wife, and the coolest aunt ever to the best nieces and nephews. She is beyond grateful to be a part of the Elevation dance family and is forever grateful for all the friendships gained.
Natalie Artman

Miss Natalie began dancing at the age of two. Growing up, she attended many dance competitions and conventions before switching her focus to study ballet at Hudson Conservatory of Ballet. While at Hudson Conservatory Miss Natalie was a part of their pre-professional day time program and conservatory. She also studied at summer intensives such as BalletMet and The Washington School of Ballet. In 2016 Miss Natalie graduated from Stow Munroe Falls High School and then went on to attend Point Park University. Miss Natalie graduated from Point Park University in 2020 with a BFA in dance with a concentration in ballet.

Kayla grew up dancing and competiting since she was in elementary school. Her passion for dance led her to the Kent State University Dance Team throughout her college career and now has been teaching at Elevation for 5 years. Kayla graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Public Relations in 2020.
