_{Alissa's love for dance began at the age of seven when she started studying various forms of dance including Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Ballet, Lyrical, and Modern. Quickly excelling, she became a competitive dancer and traveled throughout the United States competing with dance groups and taking master classes with some of the most prestigious instructors.}

_{Over the past 22 years, she has moved on to become a successful instructor and choreographer to all ages.  She has been an active member of Dance Masters of America and Ohio Chapter #16. Through DMA, she was professionally trained to work with all ages and skill levels, receiving certifications to teach in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Acrobatics. Alissa continuously enhances her dance education by attending master classes and conventions throughout the year.}

Kayla’s lifelong passion for dance began in elementary school, where she spent her early years training and competing across various styles. That early dedication paved the way for her collegiate career as a proud member and performer on the Kent State University Dance Team.

Balancing her commitment to the dance team with her academic pursuits, Kayla graduated from Kent State University in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations. Combining her strong communication background with her deep-rooted love for movement, she transitioned seamlessly into mentoring the next generation of dancers. For the past eight years, Kayla has been a valued instructor at Elevation, where she brings her extensive competitive experience, technical expertise, and contagious enthusiasm into the studio every day.

Bella Yee

2024 - Present 

A dancer at heart since the age of two, Bella’s journey began in formal classes before she joined the competition team at Keithe Williams Performing Arts Academy at age six, training in tap, ballet, musical theatre, jazz, hip hop, and acro. Around age 12, she continued her training at Hudson Conservatory of Ballet, performing annually in The Nutcracker in roles such as the Spanish dancer, Sugar Plum Fairy Assistant, Marzipan, Flower, and Snow Flake. A proud graduate of Twinsburg High School, she served as Dance Captain and choreographer for the Twinsburg Show Choir. She initially began her higher education studying dance at Cleveland State University before transferring to The Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Dance. During her time at Ohio State, she danced on the Kappa Delta sorority dance team, helping them place Second Overall in the annual Variety Show. Throughout college, she also lent her talent as a choreographer for high school show choirs across Ohio, Wisconsin, and Indiana.

McKenna Delp

Based in Ohio, McKenna Delp is a versatile dancer, choreographer, and movement educator specializing in ballet, pointe, lyrical, jazz, and contemporary. A 2023 BFA Dance graduate from Wright State University, McKenna’s career combines rigorous classical training—including the Youth America Grand Prix—with commercial performance credits featuring the Dayton Dance Initiative, Kings Island, and regional theater.

Having expanded her craft through training in Chicago and gaining industry insight through dance event management, McKenna is deeply passionate about arts education. With over six years of teaching experience, she blends her rich performance background with technical precision to mentor and inspire students in the studio.

Olivia Reed 

Instructor 

As a high school junior, Olivia Reed brings passion, dedication, and versatility to the stage. A proud member of Elevation Dance Studio since 2016, she has been a cornerstone of the EDS competition team since its inaugural season in 2017. As an award-winning competitor, Olivia excels across a broad spectrum of styles, including jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip hop, acro, and musical theatre.

Beyond the studio, Olivia can be seen on the sidelines as an AHS Varsity Football Cheerleader and actively gives back through local volunteer work. Committed to lifelong learning, she frequently attends dance conventions and master classes to hone her craft. Looking ahead, Olivia plans to major in both Business and Dance in college with the ultimate dream of owning her own studio. She is thrilled to continue growing as a dancer, teacher, and mentor, inspiring the next generation of EDS dancers.
